Brother Dick Williams was honored with a Carnegie Medal for saving two people whose boat caught fire from the Long Island Sound. Says Brother Williams, "I am exceedingly humbled and quite fortunate to receive the Carnegie Medal in recognition of civilian heroism, recognizing risk of life to an extraordinary degree while saving or attempting to save the lives of others.
